Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund or replacement policy on damaged or misprinted items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need to provide pictures of the damage or faults.

We do not take returns. All sales are final, so please be extra careful when selecting your size. If you have questions about your size please review the size charts on every product page, and in the Support drop-down from the Main Menu. You can also email us at hhcustomersupport@gmail.com to ask about sizing before you order.

We are a made-to-order business, which means we don't have anywhere to store returns, and therefore will not be re-selling them if they don't work out for you. If you have no use for a damaged or misprinted garment, please donate it!

We get it, sizing can be tricky, but, as a made-to-order brand, we produce our tees individually. This means we don't keep inventory sitting around to swap out sizes after the fact. Every order is fulfilled from a carefully planned run, and keeping things tight is one of the ways we avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. It's a small but meaningful way we try to do right by the planet.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hhcustomersupport@gmail.com.
